Pull-up
The pull-up is a fundamental upper body compound exercise. Grip a bar with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width, pull your chin above the bar, and lower with control. Builds back, bicep, and grip strength.

Start from a dead hang with arms fully extended
Retract your shoulder blades before pulling
Drive elbows down and back, not out
Chin over bar at the top
Lower with control — don't just drop
